Procedure:

We follow a stringent quality procedures which commence right from the research & material selection and lasts till the final testing of the manufactured equipment. Excellent quality lathe machines are also used for developing precision range of components which is required for the assembly of finished product.

Each component also undergoes three different stringent ground processes. Therefore, it also withstands high loads for several time intervals. High tolerance capability is also maintained during the manufacturing process of these components. The strict quality checks as well as the high-tech procedures are followed at every stage of production. This further provides the finished product a longer service life, optimum working capacity and less maintenance cost.

Core quality tests are done by us for all the casting parts to test the porosity level as well as the inspection is done likewise. If the porosity level is less, the rejection is also less carried out.
